Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings defined below:
Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the Service, you represent that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are at least 17 (seventeen) years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if younger.
- If registering on behalf of a business entity, you have the authority to bind that entity.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction of Indonesia.
Account & Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- One account may only be used by one business entity.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities occurring under your account.
- Immediately report any unauthorized access to your account to us at [email protected].
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
- You may close your account at any time by contacting our team. Closure takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.
Payment & Subscription
Pricing & Billing
- Subscription prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card data.
- Invoices are issued at the beginning of each subscription period.
- All prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and do not include applicable taxes.
Renewal & Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Cancellation can be made at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our team.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period; no refunds are issued for the remaining period.
- If payment fails, we will retry within 3 business days before suspending the account.
Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds for subscription periods already in progress, except as required by applicable law or in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including interface design, software, trademarks, logos, and text — belong to PT Alpine Solusi Andalan or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission.
Prohibited Use
You are prohibited from using the Service for:
- Activities that violate applicable Indonesian laws or regulations, including Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) and its amendments.
- Distributing content that is pornographic, gambling-related, fraudulent, discriminatory, or constitutes hate speech.
- Actions that endanger the security, integrity, or availability of the Service (including cyberattacks).
- Infringing the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party.
- Sending unsolicited commercial communications (spam) to any party.
- Using the Service for a business that directly competes with EasyWeb Indonesia.
Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email or the dashboard.
We are not responsible for Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, global network outages, or government policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific needs.
Under no circumstances will our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid in the 3 (three) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost revenue or business data) arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via your registered email and/or a dashboard notification at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date of those changes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) or a competent court in Jakarta.
